Avo Orange adventure travel is a South African based tour operator specializing in overland adventure travel in Sub Saharan Africa.The company was astablished in 2008 by Ted Liebenberg and in conjunction with Bushwhacked outdoor adventures created a overland vehicle support to rafters venturing into the richtersveld on 2 man inflatable rafts.

Ted jumped on an Epic overland trip for the first time in January 1997 and found it very hard to ever be deskbound again after that .Ted first worked for Which Way adventures with the old yellow overland trucks and for the next few years did varios tours ranging from Absolute Africa's 77 day Uganda to Cape town expiditions to 10 day active garden route adventures .This was just about the best experience that any young person could wish for.

Overland travel is one of those adventures that just becomes the only way you ever want to travel again for most and for some this becomes a lifestyle that you never would want to change.

This passion for the outdoors and the industry has seen Avo Orange Adventures grow into different and more specific an active adventure market and has also fielded out into the movie logistical support market where we provide the transport Captains and unit managers with vehicle support and qualified trained crew.

Our Overland truck charter division supplies equipment ,vehicles and crew to travel agencies and individual groups that would like the freedom of creating their own itinararies with the support of our crew and different size trucks and 4 x 4 option

We also supply the armoury and props department with specialized vehicles and trained crew members for the making of films and comercials.
